Target group

The main target group of VIP are learners that have never been subject to a profound evaluation:

Partners in transnational projects and partnerships

In most of the cases, only the outputs and the successes of their joint efforts are in the focus of project evaluations.

However, these collaborative projects are also precious informal learning spaces - increased European understanding and cohesion are explicitely declared objectives of the EU funding schemes.

Informal learning in their collaborative learning situations has been seldom investigated and never thoroughly evaluated or validated.

This is why VIP opens up an innovative topic that contributes to effective exchange of good practice in the fields covered by the LLP.
