VIP-Partnership

The partnership is consisting of organisations and team members with long term experiences in collaborating in European projects.
The consortium consists of 4 partners from the previous project ACT-NET and 2 new partners who will apply the evaluation approach for the first time in their specific European informal learning projects. This way the consortium will additionally create its internal small scale pilots to pre-test certain elements and instruments on feasibility and usability.

The composition of VIP reflects a wide range of entities (small (NGO) to large scale (University), private and public entities), working areas as well as a European wide distribution of partner countries from, South, West, East and the middle of Europe.
All partners have shown excellent performances in their area of work on the national and European level (adult training, European networking and coordination, evaluation, consulting and system design) and will be acting as experts in their specific project work packages.
Personnel from the lead partner shows worldwide scientific excellence in the domain of informal learning and staff members have been creating and refining LEVEL5-approach. The Spanish partner is an experienced evaluator for the European Commission thus providing deep insight in European policies and programme issues, being able to provide direct contact with relevant stakeholders from the administrative and political level. Partners from AT, BE, ES and DE have been working in the evaluation of Education networks thus providing a profound insight in European collaborative issues as far as networking processes and related competence development are concerned.
All partners are currently participating in or coordinating a large variety of Grundtvig actions such as MLP, networks, partnerships and mobility actions, thus having direct access to implement some elements or the whole approach in the developing and piloting phase.
